Our company has a land area of 0.5 Hectares with 5 production lines. Each line has a capacity of 500 m²/day.
Tools & Equipment
The basic fundamentals electrostatic powder coating tools and equipment’s are spray booths, compressed air supply, oven, powder particle, and reciprocator which named line coating.
Chemical Plant
Chemical plant this is a general purpose batch reaction distillation unit to be operated at atmospheric pressure, or vacuum. Chemical plant heating bath heats and evaporates the contents of the vessel. The stirrer agitates to ensure uniform stirring, heat distribution and to avoid heat spot. Vapors enter in to the packed column and get fractionated. Vapors of low boiling liquid enter in to condenser, get condensed and collected in twin receivers.

We have ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, which is the newest version of ISO 9001. We are also implementing numerous of test, such as mechanical test (thickness, adhesion, hardness, reverse impact), SST (Salt Spray Test), oven check, and chemical contain test to ensure product consistency and maintain customer satisfaction.
